First iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max and Apple Watch Series 4 Orders Begin Shipping Out to Customers

I have two phones (XS, XS Max) and a Series 4 watch (40mm aluminum) coming Friday. My orderstatus hasn't been updated, but I did the search-by-reference to find my tracking numbers. However, I don't know which is which! One is 0.4kg, one is 0.5kg, and one is 0.6kg. Anyone happen to know the shipping weights of the aluminum watch and the XS / XS Max?
Did anyone here order their iPhone thru T-Mobile? I ordered mine from tmobile at 3:13 am and it says it’ll ship on 9/21 but I spoke to a store manager and he said I’ll have it by Friday or Saturday? Anyone else here ordered thru tmobile ?

Okay Guys, Need some help. Used the suggestions regarding the order number (minus the last 2 digits) and located my tracking. Phone is in In North Korea, but the strange part is on UPS website it has the shipping city as Irvine CA? I'm in Atlanta GA? Perhaps the order number reference didn't work for me? Or is Irvine a entry point for UPS?

Call VZW and check. Mine still says processing but when i call VZW the automated system says it has shipped

I ordered through VZW. Web site says processing with a deliver date of the 21st. But when I call VZW and check order status through the automated system it says it has shipped
Status just changed still says “Processing” but instead of a date it says “we are getting your order ready”
OK now it's shipped from Milano via DHL expressHmm still no tracking for tomorrow express delivery in Switzerland.

Apple started preparing the first iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and Apple Watch Series 4 orders for shipment over the weekend, and now those orders have started shipping out to customers.
Apple has not yet updated order statuses from "Preparing to Ship" and likely will not do so until later this week when packages begin hitting their destination locations, but customers who pre-ordered a new device in the United States may be able to track their order using UPS tracking features.
iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and Apple Watch Series 4 orders that are shipping via UPS in the United States are in transit and can be tracked using a UPS My Choice account or a reference number on the UPS website.
Customers with UPS My Choice accounts can visit the scheduled deliveries section of the website to see a list of Apple orders that are set to be delivered on Friday, which can be clicked to reveal full tracking details.
Tracking by reference requires a phone number and a zip code, or an order number minus the last two digits of the number. Many customers are already seeing their orders on the UPS website, but not every order has been transitioned to UPS as of yet.
Most orders right now are still in various parts of China, but should be departing for the United States and other countries in the near future.
Apple began accepting pre-orders for the iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and Apple Watch Series 4 on Friday, September 14 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time. By the time a half hour had passed, many iPhone XS Max models had sold out and were no longer available for launch day delivery.
iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and Apple Watch Series 4 orders placed today will not ship out until October, but some models are still available for in-store pickup on September 21 in select stores. Retail stores are also expected to have supplies available for walk-in purchases on launch day.
Apple Stores, carrier locations like Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and AT&T, and big box retailers like Best Buy and Target are likely to have the new products available for purchase on launch day in the United States.

Update: Shipped last night. Confirmation email received this morning at 4 am EST.
Was your initial delivery window Sept 21? I ordered mine about 3:20AM EST on Sept 14th on the Apple Store app for ATT and got a delivery window of Sept 28-Oct 5. My Xs Max changed to “Preparing to Ship” early this morning. I wanted to know if you had similar experience and if the phone is coming in earlier than the delivery window.
Mine is still in Korea as well but I don't see anything about it being on hold. Apple is still saying it will be here tomorrow.
I just chatted with Apple, and it must be a glitch in the system as luckily my phone is still schedule to be delivered tomorrow. *whew*
My phone shows shipped and is still in Korea. I don’t know what the “problem with shipment” message is. I would say don’t panic because Apple is pretty good about getting devices out on delivery day. The UPS scans just won’t show because there are so many. At least that’s what I’m hoping.
