The camera package is not enough to make me jump from the 🤌🍊 color. Next year’s iPhone should be interesting, see if they try and make a big splash.

It would be interesting to see apple's internal demand projections for each color...? I'm sure they're not producing equal amounts of each color.

I don't mind different colored phones, but for taking pictures through windows, black is best because it minimizes reflections.

Blue shade of 12 Pro Max was peak

Midnight Green 11 Pro Max was peak for me, although that blue was indeed great.

Cherry looks nice, but Orange only did well because there was no black. If 18 Pro has a black as reported I can't see cherry being anyway near as popular as orange.

I have a theory as to the reason Apple chose a saturated orange colour…as well as why they’re not continuing it, (despite being the best seller) think about it - you’re showing off your bright orange iPhone, this shouts = I have the latest iPhone!

They then release a new iPhone that doesn’t have that bold colour…this then shouts= I have last years iPhone!

I wonder if this is a clever marketing trick to those who love to have the latest thing and…rather superficially will be paranoid that others see that they don’t. I know it’s a shallow perspective…but it’s very real, let’s not pretend we show more interest in people that have the latest device…that’s just consumerism…regardless if we love Apple (which I very much do).

Using last year's phone shouts "I'm smarter and less of a corporate tool than you are!" But not that much less since it's just a year old. My phone is 7 years old and still works great.

All you had to say is that you will likely hold on to your phone. No one cares which particular phone it is.

G7 Apple is calling this cherry red, but this is Twilight or Sahasrara Purple. Influenced by the manufacturing expansions in India. Our Hindu brothers and sisters love this color. [The Crown Chakra].

These colors are so much better than last year. I told myself I would buy the next purple pro iPhone Apple released no matter what but that blue is also looking really good. And I usually don’t like blue iPhones.
