and why is that? because I like his songs? it is a fact in the Entertainment Media (Music Industry), and that´s is where he gets into my life, when I want to seat and enjoy my home theater after some hard work . If I do then you live in the underworld for taking the time to come here, read the post and reply. What records have you beat in your (I won´t say sad cause I don´t know you) life? With 16 he´s accomplished probably more than what you will ever accomplish in your entire life
I saved a life at the age of 12, what good things has he done?

Can we say OWNd?

I feel really bad for that poor ol' MacBook. God knows the horrors it has gone through configuring auto-tune on GarageBand for countless hours. :(

Caused pain to several thousand. Would've been even worse if he'd actually performed :p

What is it with kids these days and liking really really crap things?

Kids of the 60's went crazy for The Beatles and The Rolling Stones.
Kid's of the 2010s go crazy for a sparkly vampire and a boy who has still yet to reach puberty, we're doomed.

So what you're saying is that since Justin Whatshisname doesn't stack up against people who have really accomplished something by his age, you're now looking to find someone he DOES measure up to, right?

I'm neither "disturbing" nor disturbed by this. I'm also not claiming to be "problaby the most famous person on earth right now". I'm also not claiming to have accomplished more at 16 than others have in their whole life. If you enjoy being a Justin "groupie", hey, it's your life. But expect to be challenged when you make claims that have no basis in fact.

Once his voice changes (probably when he's 25 or so:rolleyes:) his fans will realize he sucks at singing. I'm a teenager and I don't like his music one bit, my friends would say the same thing.

I don't know who Justin Bieber is or care what he does with his money. But I enjoyed reading this thread.

When his teens are over (and maybe even long before that) and all the 12 year old girls stop listening to him in favor of the next teen "heart throb", he'll realize he has no real skills to get him through life. Unless of course he's pursuing his education with as much dedication as he puts into hanging out with Usher.

I'm just waiting for his SNL performance to get cut short because someone tripped over the autotune machine's power cord.

Seriously, with people like this kid and kesha, apparantly all you need to do to be famous these days is speak someone else's lyrics (what, you think they really right all their own?) into the microphone and let the computer do all the work.

What we have today is a failure to embrace the talented and instead a craving for the generic crap that the, what, 5ish companies that control 90%+ of the music created today pump out. It's pathetic what has happened to the music industry.
