No, they are waiting for HEX-Core Kaby Lake's for the iMac, and the new Xeons for the Mac Pro, which they desparately want to update to USB-C/TB 3.
[doublepost=1478956284][/doublepost]I was notified of scheduled delivery for the macbook pro 15 inch model on Monday. This is several days earlier than I expected.
The first 13 and 15-inch MacBook Pro models equipped with a Touch Bar will soon be making it into the hands of customers, as initial MacBook Pro orders have shifted into the "Preparing for Shipment" stage.
Customers who ordered a MacBook Pro right when it became available for purchase on October 27 received shipping estimates ranging from November 17 to November 25, and with orders ready to go, it appears customers will begin receiving their machines next week.

According to reports from MacRumors readers, it looks like 15-inch MacBook Pro models and custom ordered machines will be shipping out in the near future. We aren't yet seeing reports of order changes for 13-inch machines, but those should also be going out soon.
New MacBook Pro models sold out quickly, with shipping estimates slipping from 2-3 weeks to 3-4 weeks within a matter of hours after they went on sale. It is not yet known when stores will begin receiving supplies of the new MacBook Pro, but right around November 17 is a good guess.
Last week, Apple's Phil Schiller said Apple has received more online orders for the new MacBook Pro than for any previous-generation MacBook Pro. Sales estimates from Slice Intelligence have also suggested the new MacBook Pro has already outsold all competing laptops in 2016, despite its high price tag.
Pricing on the 13-inch MacBook Pro with a Touch Bar begins at $1,799, while pricing on the 15-inch Touch Bar model begins at $2,399.
Update: Several MacRumors readers are now seeing "Preparing for Shipment" updates on 13-inch MacBook Pro orders as well.

Its already on the cargo plane and I bet they'll land somewhere in the States anytime before noon PDT today, beacuse it 2 hiurs ago mine got marked exported from Shanghai!Mine is also shipping ... 15" to Missouri from China. Ordered within first 20 minutes after the keynote, and the estimate was 11/17 - 11/25. Apple now estimates delivery on 11/16, but interestingly enough, UPS says it's due to deliver on 11/14. China to Missouri in 2 days? That would be amazing. Especially since I chose the free standard shipping.
...and they all run Windows 10.
So, you were saying what, again?
Close the internet, this guy won! Here you go one more time, in case you had a bad day.
Yup, it's not for everybody. But I like the changes and the move towards the future. The prices will comes down eventually.
I have been using Apple computers since 1994 and I love Apple stuff just as much as the next person.
But seriously who would in their right mind would buy an expensive laptop without seeing it and trying it out first?
Happy for all you guys/gals getting yours on Monday. Look forward to the unboxing and reviews! My 15” MacBook Pro just got SHIPPED! Delivers in 4 days!![]()

But seriously who would in their right mind would buy an expensive laptop without seeing it and trying it out first?
I can walk to the Apple Store and most of the decisions on a computer's form and function can be surveyed without buying it. Also loading software is a complete time suck and most Apple pro computers already have all the usual programs loaded on the demo at the store. So again who's wasting time? Why not buy without trying as it can be returned with a full refund plus I don't have to go into a store. I also can try with all my programs loaded so seriously who in their right mind would go all the way to a store and try without loading all their own programs on.
That's a reasonable answer. Hope you like it.I think that most people who know me would consider that I'm in right mind.
I've been using Apple computers since 1981 and I've bought desktops, laptops, and phones from the company quite a few times over the years. I had a problem with the display on one laptop that didn't become apparent for some time, so trying it out before purchase wouldn't have made a difference—Apple replaced the screen at no cost.
I ordered a 13" MBP with TB based on early reviews of the non-TB version and the knowledge that the new MBP will perform much better than the 2011 11" MB Air that it's replacing.
I wouldn't buy a computer without trying it in person, great or not. Hope you like it.Millions of people who never have been disappointed by Apple in the past. And what do you expect will change when you try it in the store with stock apps? Nothing. And then again, Apple has an awesome return policy. There is no risk whatsoever.

Thank you!!!! Me too. =)
Probably because I do my homework & actually, you know, have a deep understanding of technology.
This is the product I'm going with: https://www.akitio.com/expansion/node
Primarily because their previous product, the Thunderbolt 2 version worked "without a hitch" on the previous gen MacBook.
Even on the macOS side! I only need it to work on the Windows side, so it should be cake.... but I appreciate your support, concern, & kind words.
I'm sure it's an absolutely elegant setup that's easy to use when you want to fire up a game at the local starbucks. I've got to ask you, if you want to play a higher end game that bad, and your laptop can't handle it without that jerry-rig (personally I wish macs did have better graphics, especially ones with 'pro' in the name), why not just get an xbox?
That's a reasonable answer. Hope you like it.
No. That's not the point. The point is, Apple doesn't know when you buy an iPhone 7 that you will also have a 2016 MBP, so why should they include a USB-C to Lightning cable in the box?You are completely correct. It is too much of an assumption for people to make that Apple's flagship iphone should also be compatible with Apple's flagship laptops.
Hey: Wanna be "mad" at somebody? Be mad at Intel! Afterall, THEY are the ones that aren't meeting their targets for Kaby Lake. The quad-core Kaby's were SUPPOSED to be available about the time of WWDC. But they weren't.Do you know this for a fact? If so, that would seem that the iMac wouldn't see a refresh for a good while which blows goat balls. Is Apple incapable of managing more than one project at a time? Is it too much to ask for more reasonable time frames to make even modest upgrades? I will wait and hope that my mid-2010 iMac lasts until Apple sees fit to upgrade to something I can use well into the future.
That is EXACTLY what I am saying. And I write WINDOWS Application Software for a living...So... You are saying that the OS, that is the foundation for 95% of core enterprise business level software is an issue?
Really? Are you that delusional?
Put the crack-pipe down kid.
based on the reviews, looks like i may be right... for some instances.im not sure the touch bar is worth it for me...Logic x is my thing. For everything else, I have a sneaky feeling developers wont embrace this.
but me being me i still want one...

anyone with an actual touch bar macbook pro now in their hands that would like to chime in?
