If the white bezel with notch is true, then someone will make $$$ making a black stick on decal for the bezel to hide it!
The M1 is like a 4-cylinder engine in a car.White bezels... Yuck. Also why call it the M2 if its less powerful than the M1 chips? Talk about confusing marketing. "You have this new M2 chip in the air, but it is less powerful than the M1 pro that was used in last years Pro models."
IPhone SE is the lowest priced iPhone. It uses the case from an older model phone (the iPhone 8) but with a newer chip.Which other lines? Phones have standard and Pro, Watch has SE and numbers, iPad has standard/Air/Pro (I think this is most likely for the future of MacBook lineups)
Because the camera module on iMacs is larger and has more components. It as the camera, a light sensor and another sensor and some mounting brackets. This image below shows the camera on a MacBook. I doubt the iMac camera module is any smaller. If the bezel/notch is white it'll be a huge fail. With the black MBP's, at least you can make it way less noticeable, and not noticeable at all in certain situations.
If they're not gonna have a darn FaceID, why is it so huge? why not just a punch hole for the camera?
White bezels and a white notch that you can't hide even if you wanted. That thing will go into history as the worst looking items modern Apple (post Amelio) ever sold. It looks heinous...![]()
White bezels is not a feature, it’s just an horrible mistake in my opinion
Not if you are watching movies in the darkImagine watching a movie and that damn WHITE NOTCH is just staring right back at you...Horrible design!!
The M1 is like a 4-cylinder engine in a car.
The M1 Pro is like a 6-cylinder engine.
The M1 Max is like an 8-cylinder engine.
The M2 is just the newer version of the M1. It will be like a 4-cylinder engine tuned to be a little faster than the previous year. It will still not be as fast as the older 6-cylinder or 8-cylinder engines.
Eventually there will probably be M2 Pro and M2 Max and they will be faster yet.
In 2022, Apple is going to release an updated version of the MacBook Air with some of the biggest design changes that we've seen since 2010
