iPhone X Fix multiple apple ID sign ins

Some time ago my wife and I were sharing iphone apps through our laptop. Now both of us keep getting asked to enter each other's apple ID on our own phones. I thought I had erased all apps that were originally under her account so why is my phone still asking for her ID? Is there a way to check which apps are triggering the phone to request her ID? Is there something else that could be causing this? How can I eliminate this permanently?

Restore your phone and download all the apps from the AppStore. If you restore from a backup on iTunes then this will happen again. Just set the device as New and download the apps you need.
