Flashcase

I emailed them to ask what they thought of this logo and if it would work with their case:

The guy actually made a sample with that logo and sent me a video of it flashing. I think the issue here is that the LEDs can only show certain colors, I think 256 colors to be exact. When you have a logo like that one where one color blends into the next, the LED cannot blend 2 colors, so instead there is a clear line separation between each color. As a result, it doesn't look nearly as good. However, based on the sample video he sent me, I'm sure the typical traditional apple rainbow logo would look fine because each section of the logo is a clearly defined color. I'm thinking something like this:

I don't see any reviews or something what customer uploaded.
Wonder what it would really look like when you get a real shot of it.
Did you ask them to make the traditional rainbow logo? did it look alright?

lunecase is the exactly same as flashcase except the customization i guess?

Popslate just announced on their Indigogo page for the popslate 2 that they were bankrupt and wouldn't be fulfilling orders.

Bummer...Oh well, guess I'll just have to continue looking at the front of my phone lol.

EDIT: thanks for the info btw, helps the curiosity I had yesterday about that case.
