got an authorized copy of handy light

Did you get this while it was still in the app store? or somewhere else? I really don't want to jb my new 4.0...it's running too smoothly.

Yeah, because jailbreaking an iPhone makes it run like crap...

I had my 3G JB and it did make it run like crap. I had a bunch of cydia and rock apps on it...but when it got REALLY bad, I restored it and only added mywi and sbsettings....still was slow as molasses. Just afraid the 4.0 jb will be the same. Convince me!? PLEASE!

Maybe because it was a 3G? LOL

The actual jailbreak doesn't make it run slow. Programs you add may, depending on what you install.

I just checked and this app STILL works with iOS6 (at least on my iPhone5). Best $2 I ever spent.

No, you cannot tether to another iOS device. Only a windows or Mac machine

Handy light needs an ad hoc network to connects to. An iOS device currently cannot generate one to my knowledge.
