Because Governor Desantis want you to present the CDC card and digital PCR test to the airline rep when traveling overseas instead of having a verifiable digital copy on your phone like the modern Europeans. The Europeans traveling to the US can present their digital copy of Covid vaccine record and PCR test.
And why should I need this to travel? Are any of these countries currently free of Covid?
FYI I am a dual UK/US citizen and should be free to travel between both countries.
UK citizens returning to from overseas have to follow UK laws to re-enter the country. US citizens have to follow US laws to re-enter the US. Having dual UK/US citizenship does not give you special access to each county or do you have some special privilege?

They did with me, they menaced me and force me to open my bag and others things and if I didn’t do it, they bring me to the police department…

You can add your vaccine card to Wallet in Colorado. Use the MyColorado app to add the vaccine card to your wallet there (which you've done), screen cap the QR code, put it on another device, use the Camera app to scan the QR code, and it'll be added as a verified vaccine card in HealthKit and (Apple) Wallet.
Florida Governor DeSantis has declare that residents have no reason to have a verified digital record of their Covid-19 vaccination if received from a state sponsored vaccination site. If you received the vaccination from a pharmacy you have the privilege/right of adding a digital copy to your phone or a printed copy.
The driver's license is high on the "identification" list of documents. It better be resistant to hacking or data theft. They are tied with strong encryption to a unique prime and a random set of numbers and letters that is your private key. It is much more secure than anything else. It will be near 100% ID, and it can be hidden on your phone until you need it. If somebody fakes a license, he will be caught because his prime and a random number generator make a key. For criminal investigations, any judge will allow you to look for license numbers, record of gas stations paid for gas, there's a lot on top of that. Oh, the judge isn't usually going to do anything about network owners answering law enforcement requests on some of their subscribers. Go to Florida, there is no need for a vaccine card. Seems they don’t do much good in NYC either.
