I seriously doubt we will get one of these ridiculous devices. I don't know of anyone wanting or caring about such a thing.

Right. Maybe we will… maybe we won’t!
More lack of focus and leadership. Over and over again we see projects that someone needed to put his or her foot down about long ago. Instead these projects seem to have lingered and bled money and resulted in no consumer facing result. The only one that appears to have escaped “development hell” at Apple is the Vision… and it’s not exactly the world shaker Apple needed it to be.
