Depends on what you mean by foldable. The smaller flip type phones are actually quite popular in Asia. What’s the foldable market? 1%?

More like iPhonebook. Without "the". Because remember, Apple products are living beings.I'm definitely interested, I hope they call it the iPhonebook.
Classic first reply. It’s the good ol’ nobody wants a foldable iPhone. It’s like 1% of the market. Yep…just like nobody wanted a phone with no physical keyboard or no one needs a camera on a phone. Give it a minute, champ. Not sure what is most uninteresting. A foldable iPhone or the Vision Pro.

They will probably brand it Apple Fold, or similar, not iPhone.I'm definitely interested, I hope they call it the iPhonebook.
Physics wise, how could that be achieved? The folding phone I want is a Flip that goes from normal (large) size iPhone down to smaller than an iPhone Mini when folded.
Doesn't look like I'll be getting any cookies.
Not for me, but certainly greater than one percent. The price will be something. What’s the foldable market? 1%?
It will certainly take away some iPad mini sales. This is one reason I don't see it branded as iPhone.I’m actually really excited to see what Apple pulls off. If this is done right it could be big! I might not be in the market for one but I’ve considered buying and iPad Mini in the future. So maybe this could be the perfect replacement for both and iPhone and iPad.
It can be an iPad or an iPhone = Apple FoldSo basically, don't shoot me down, a folding iPad Mini.
The "mini" naming, and relative battery life were some of the reasons for the subpar sales. Both those are fixable now.Just make another proper mini phone rather than this.
At their actual price points, both are tied at zero interest. Not sure what is most uninteresting. A foldable iPhone or the Vision Pro.
The iPhold it wil be calledNot sure what is most uninteresting. A foldable iPhone or the Vision Pro.
I disagree. If it's a phone then it will be 'iPhone something'. Having iPhonebook as a play off 'phonebook' and t a lesser degree 'Macbook/Powerbook' is a pretty Apple thing to do.They will probably brand it Apple Fold, or similar, not iPhone.
Difficult to answer before establishing the 1% of what. What’s the foldable market? 1%?
Yeah, iOS doesn't have universal landscape support so it will probably be iPadOS with a Phone app.For almost 8 inch screen, ipados would be better for this device than ios. Also, pen must be supported. It is basically a ipad mini phone. By the way, ipados 26 added a phone app in a timely fashion.
