Well, I'm getting the iPhone Duo. Also, I'm keeping my S25 Ultra because it is a great phone and has the S pen. Next year, we'll see what Samsung does?

This will certainly push Samsung to do better next year... probably won't upgrade regardless because I'd rather keep my phone for 2 years. But there's still so much from a feature standpoint that Samsung offers compared to Apple... and no need to mention because I'm sure you already know.

But there's no doubt about it, the iPhone Duo is impressive... glad to see Apple enter the market and push the foldable market further.

I’m very impressed by the iPhone Duo: IP68 rating, under-display camera, and tweaked software. However, I prefer the look of the Z8 Fold. The asymmetric design, with very curved corners on one side and sharp corners on the other looks a bit jarring to me, whereas the Z8 Fold's uniform design looks much cleaner.

I can't wait for developers to optimize their apps for the outer screen. So many apps and websites still look cut off or misaligned on the Z8 Fold's outer display!

Do you know if the phone comes with a preinstalled screen protector that shouldn't be removed? Do foldables generally need to come with one? 🧐

I really hope companies start releasing competitors to the iPhone Duo in Europe and the US. How is Xiaomi not releasing the 18 Fold outside of China?! I’m also looking forward to Oppo releasing a wide-format foldable, and Honor makes fantastic devices, too. Bring on the competition! 🔥

We do not know if the nano finish is a screen protector like film and replaceable, I would hope so 🙂

Apple have done a decent job. Not perfect by all means, but they’ve put a jolt into the Foldable market & will help speed up this segment’s progress, which is good for all users.

Yeah it’s not great. Very un-Apple like I think. Not what I expected.
