Auto Fill is disabled as standard on this version, can be enabled in Safari prefs.

My iPhone is updating now.

I don't think I should have done it though... Some reason I feel like this is going to lock me out of future updates, or maybe just the real release of 3.0...

Newest 8.2 Official release installed 3.0 fine for me. I think you only need to downgrade if you want to install the carrier update/changes to get MMS to work.

But in the UK, we don't have to install the carrier update as O2 support MMS anyway - correct?

Correct indeed. I have not tried tethering, but MMS works nooooo problem.

Yep, I just had that. Strange, but booted up fine and I'm now restoring.

I just set it up as a new phone just to try it and it still does it....actually I'm not really concerned about this, just remember how long it took the first versions of OS 2.0 to boot up......
