The 2021 iPad Mini has an underclocked A15
No, it’s not underclocked. It’s clocked to the full potential of its speed bin.

Waiting for that since 24’ iMac launchedStill waiting on my larger silicon iMac… maybe this spring
If it ever happens, it likely won’t be as affordable as you hoped. Certainly cheaper than the XDR, but still well over $1000. If it’s 30” 5.5k, probably around $1800 usd. What about affordable Apple display for mac mini?![]()
I have the same feeling. The base larger iMac will start around 2000 USD or even more...If it ever happens, it likely won’t be as affordable as you hoped. Certainly cheaper than the XDR, but still well over $1000. If it’s 30” 5.5k, probably around $1800 usd.
My guess is it plus a base Mac mini will add up to the larger iMac.
Keep dreaming! It doesn't hurt.G5 Powerbook?
45th Anniversary Macintosh?
30% Price Drops?
Return of Dog Cow?
Oooh, Ooooh, I know!
An operating system that has texture!
Been an Apple user for very long?i hope Apple surprisses us with a new cinema display screen at an “affordable” 1K$ price.
Not interested in these updates. Apple needs to address their big screen iMac users with a new 27", or better still, a 32" iMac!
If Apple ever makes a 1800$ 30" 5.5k display, I'll be the first in line to buy it. : )))))If it ever happens, it likely won’t be as affordable as you hoped. Certainly cheaper than the XDR, but still well over $1000. If it’s 30” 5.5k, probably around $1800 usd.

Well, Apple's Thunderbolt display was 1000$. The first 30" Cinema Display was 2000$ but that was the biggest display of its time.Been an Apple user for very long?
Yeah - I did have a quick look and saw that the Thunderbolt was $1k. But it's not like Apple's been making any of its products more affordable by any means. Even its phones now cost more than their base model Mac.Well, Apple's Thunderbolt display was 1000$. The first 30" Cinema Display was 2000$ but that was the biggest display of its time.
If Apple ever makes a new "low-cost" display, I don't have high hopes for that to have a cheap price-tag.Well, Apple's Thunderbolt display was 1000$. The first 30" Cinema Display was 2000$ but that was the biggest display of its time.
Exactly! I hate the LG´s design. And yeah, it might be unpopular opinion, but personally I just want portable, comfortable Mac Mini AND beautiful display made by Apple... How is it even possible, that such a design-oriented and hermetic company allows you to have an ugly display with a different logo on your desk?i hope Apple surprisses us with a new cinema display screen at an “affordable” 1K$ price. the LG’s they did in so called cooperation forgot to go through Apples design department. they are the ugliest monitors you can get with a high bezel on the top.
But hey, they already have a display. Look.Exactly! I hate the LG´s design. Don’t be silly. Debugging is the unpaid labour of the end-user. We should form a union. Please don't turn macOS into Bugterey, deliver it polished please, thanks.
Yeah I do the same. Thing is, I do remember using an 85Hz CRT, and it was better for motion. When scrolling through lots of text, without question. For detail though, nothing (yet) beats what we have. I use a 4K graphics monitor, but motion is still an issue.120Hz would be nice, but expensive. I stare at code all day, so 60Hz is plenty for me.
