He definitely needs a diet - his washed-up, increasingly irrelevant self looks even fatter than Michael Moore at this point.
At least for Apple he had not one project green lit before us at NeXT merged and Steve became iCEO. Steve was a student of all fields of design since his childhood.Really, who cares. Without Jobs, Ive is really just another designer with no direction.

The price of the AVP has more to do with its failure than the design does. It's priced out of reach for the majority of people who would even consider owning one. It was also outdated (M2) by the time it launched. Most people are not going to overpay for outdated specs....I still wonder how successful the Vision Pro would be if he was still at Apple.
You forgot thinner, with less port and more dongles, with crappy keyboard and so on.He has a good eye. He doesn't have the vision to put out a new product category but at least he would have kept the existing line up looking great.
I remember it: it was the product that iPad Pro owners have wanted for 10 years, but it cost less than the iPad, it weighed less, it was less bulky, and it had the defect of having macOS in 920 grams, which is what they would like! You forgot thinner, with less port and more dongles, with crappy keyboard and so on.
I was indifferent to thinner (my main focus was lightweight and appreciated his lightweight designs) and more dongles (I don't really use peripherals) and I was a victim of the crappy keyboard with my 2016 MBP (was the crappy keyboard his fault or the fault of the engineers that designed it to meet his specs?), but the 2019 MBA keyboard was fine. But I still loved the way it looked and appreciated the lightweight design (at the time most alternatives were heavier). You forgot thinner, with less port and more dongles, with crappy keyboard and so on.
According to reporting, almost the entirety of the first generation Vision Pro is a Johnny I’ve design.Jony Ive created some of Apple’s most iconic products, but not everything was a hit. He was the mastermind behind the 2016 MacBook Pro, the trash can Mac, and a lot of other products that may have looked great but made things difficult for users. When he got it right, it was amazing. When he didn’t, the consequences of these designs were passed on to the consumer.
I still wonder how successful the Vision Pro would be if he was still at Apple.
With that said, Apple would be smart to spend whatever it takes to get Jony back. They can afford it. Not sure cook’s obsession with chasing everyone out who worked directly with Steve. Is he afraid to be challenged?
Yeah I went back and watched an old video from apple days and he was still. I was shocked to see how twitchy he was in this.Wow, I watched ~20 seconds of it, and my gosh, he is distractingly twitchy.
Hopefully it’s that and not something like Parkinson’s.Yeah I went back and watched an old video from apple days and he was still. I was shocked to see how twitchy he was in this.
Maybe he’s out the game and just really nervous!
He's extremely tiresome to listen to an watch. Has he always been that nervous/fidgety?
