Fortnite to Return to iOS via Nvidia GeForce Now Streaming Service

It’s a web-based service. Imagine if they start blocking websites, or purposefully start nerfing WebKit.

Apple can impose whatever restrictions it wishes via the App Store. The open web is a different story and I can’t image they would make any attempts to block these services going through the web app route.
i doubt they’re paying Nvidia anything. If anything, Nvidia is paying Epic to let them make Fortnite streamable on their game service.
It being available isn’t related to or a byproduct of the Apple lawsuit at all. It’s a multiplatform service designed to let people play games on whatever platform they want.
This company is the scum of the earth they try to circumvent the system and now they’re not making money want to try and get back onto iOS and iPad just to prove a point I don’t give a rats about the customer it’s all about their bottom dollar and proving a point we don’t want you back Fortnite go somewhere else. Your game is a loss you lost when you stuck your second payment system in the system and you knew it was wrong and you did it anyway so go take a long walk off a short bridge and except defeat. Please apple stop this from happening Epic have to be breaching the system somewhere stop them teach them a lesson.
They aren't "sliding" anything in. And the "big boy" currently has a monopoly that if not careful, is about to get radically broken up or changed by the Dept of Justice. But keep defending the monopoly just because it's Apple, any other company and your opinion would be the exact opposite, guarantee it.
Logic left the building a long time ago. If anything this totally FUBARs their court case and may wind up pissing off the judge to boot.
That company is one of the few one's only charging 12% commission fee for their store, while also giving proper service in return. If anyone here is greedy, it's Apple. But that's no surprise at this point.
Yes but epic don’t supply all the tools and the store to actually make their own app Apple is the one that supplies it all to them and takes a fee for it epic just want to charge a lower fee but use all of Apple‘s services to do so there is no comparison Apple is charge the same amount since the beginning and not changed and continued to add features and services to developers yet everybody thinks they’re ripping them off well if they offered nothing and just took the money it would might be a difference But they don’t they offer a complete store heaps of advertising for that company and a payment system even PayPal takes a big chunk if you use them as a payment system and they don’t do anything so I think again it’s 12% profit epic all about me and their profits or they would not of made billions of dollars out of Apple in the first place. They’re just now getting greedy and that’s what happens when small companies get big they get greedy. Don’t get me wrong I don’t agree with everything Apple does either especially with the charges of some of their accessories I wish they never brought in in app purchases I think that’s a scam in itself should be a 1 off fee for an app and that’s it you own it and it’s up to develop to continue to look after it in app purchases are just a way of companies making out rages amount of profits. Especially the gambling apps. And the ones at target children.

Yeah, they are...in a round about way this time. They know they want to be on iOS.
My kids cared, for about 13 seconds. They moved on to Among Us.
This was ALWAYS something they could have done. It's not new. Apple even said as much. As a way to BYPASS there own APPSTORE that is a monopoly.. (sarcasm)
This is exactly why EPIC will lose to Apple in court. Judge "So you mean you could have developed your way around this issue? You could have use this thing called a webpage to sell all your games through, this whole time?" EPIC, "Yeah but it's not as nice as the App Store, or something we could do running locally....". Judge "and? what you couldn't develop it further? You just said "F IT, it's not as nice so no bother, lets sue!".
Yeah no.
Because they don't have a say, it's browser based, not through the App Store.
