I miss Desertrat too, but mostly I miss Voltron/Slyhunter/...
That guy was awesome. I'm a little bored with arguing over semantics in the political forum with Zim, IJ, Skunk, Mactastic and so on. Voltron always made things, well, I'm not quite sure how to describe them.

Alphatech..totally unrestrained...which is why I guess he was asked to leave.

He even created that "goodbye" thread as well, announcing his last post and his complaints, etc. as I recall...I'm not sure what his username was but I met him on here. Guy Wickenden. Used to run a site called Brookline UK if I remember right... he was a good online friend.

I too thought Alpha was cool...guess I could've been more clear. He did intimidate the heck out of me when I first joined but was actually quite helpful when I needed some tech info. I enjoyed the unrestrained "alphaness" of his smackdowns...but I guess he justed wasn't suited for the warm and fuzzy world of MR.
