I assume with 10 teams with 2 divisions that in a 13 week season we would play each team in our division twice and each team in the other division once (2*4 + 1*5 = 13).

You are correct. When I reset the divisions the ESPN system automatically sets up an automatic schedule and for some reason it put byes in there. I will redo the schedules completely to match the format you have described.
Allright, all three leagues are active and invitations have been sent out via email. Each league has a corresponding thread here in the community forum and the first post reflects which league that thread will follow. I have edited the first post of the already existing threads to reflect the changes and expansion of the league. Feel free to post in any of the threads as we are all a part of the MR Fantasy Football community, but please be consistently active in your specific league's thread.

Looking at the history of this league, it has been won by a Brit both times so far, Jaffa Cake won in 2011 (despite going 4-9 in the regular season), and I won last year.
The league is older than two years, but in 2011 I reformatted everything and we started over fresh. But yes, your observation regarding the past two seasons is correct. I assure you the coincidental fact that you are pointing out is definitely something us "yanks" in the league intend to rectify.

I'm still mad about 2011. I went 12-1 in the regular reason, then lost to Jaffa cos his team got hot in the playoffs, which he wouldn't have even qualified for except the other 2 teams in his division finished even worse than 4-9.
But if I had to lose to anyone, it may as well be to another Englishman (and another Northerner at that)

Interesting, the last 2 champions both had Brees at QB

The season schedule has not yet been set. That's generally the last thing I do. With a 10 team league everyone will play their division opponents twice and everyone else in the league once. There will never be a bye week.
