I'm in the UK, and if I search for "iPhone 4 Case" in iTunes Store and using my iPhone in the App Store, I get it as the top result.

Just go to the case program page on your iPhone and tap the download link

You can check the status of your refund there too.

The case selection doesn't look that great though.

If Apple already refunded you for a purchased Bumper, does this app still let you order a case? Only because I wouldnt mind one of these other case models.

I can not fathom the fact that I have to wait close to or over a month for a simple black bumper

Once you order your case you can not go back, this APP is ONE TIME USE ONLY, which is odd I just wanted to look at the other cases?

Yeah, i just tried it and it let me order one. I guess they are offering both a refund and a free case for bumper buyers?
