I really like this rumor. What I still don't like is the screen size, but hopefully the base S26 will also get thinner with a bigger battery. The S26 Edge will be even thinner but have a bigger battery, due to using new battery technology.

Samsung Galaxy S26 Edge to fix its predecessor's main issue while being even thinner
It sounds like magic. Samsung launched the Galaxy S25 Edge in May, and there have been many rumors since claiming that next year, the Galaxy S26 Edge will...m.gsmarena.com
I think you'd regret it if you find Android something you have to suffer!Anyone still on this? If one comes up at a decent price I might look at swapping my iPhone Air. I’m in love with the idea of thin phones but a little more utility would sometimes be nice. I had a play with one in the Samsung store. The UX isn’t as nice as the Air but I do like the idea of a useable 4x crop, faster charging and Dex. It just means suffering all the things I find annoying about Android.
I probably would. I was offered a Pixel Fold for £430 this week but I just can’t suffer the OS. On the whole it’s ok but I find deep customisation to be a pointless endeavour and regardless of handset (I owned an S23, Pixel 8 Pro and Nothing 2a in the space of a year) Google Pay fails to register at the terminal at least 30% of the time. I have used Apple Pay multiple times a day whenever I have an iPhone and it has never failed once.I think you'd regret it if you find Android something you have to suffer!
That's very strange! I have never had Google pay fail on me, not once.I probably would. I was offered a Pixel Fold for £430 this week but I just can’t suffer the OS. I do wonder if it’s the NFC terminals in the UK. Weird to get the same problems with different phones. Normally the same retailers like Tesco. The phone just starts interacting with the NFC field on a weird loop. That's very strange! I have never had Google pay fail on me, not once.
I use both Apple and Android and find Google Pay and Apple pay to function identically.

I prefer Apple Pay anyway. If my iPhone is unlocked it still requires an additional double-tap of the power button to pay for anything at a terminal whereas on Google Pay the barrier is the lockscreen. Things work, and indeed try to work too soon with Android which is what activated the NFC error loop.
