iOS 6 better come with a vengeance this summer.
My sentiments exactly. iOS is still better than Android, but gimmicky Google garbage starts to add up and at some point they may make something useful (Like Gmail or Google Maps in a sea of Google+, Google Buzz, and Google Wave). When that day comes, Apple had best get ahead of the curve.

Google+ is very useful for photo storage if nothing else. All of my photos can automatically upload there and I can access them from anywhere :)

I've disabled that feature because I use Dropbox for that, but it was handy when I used it.

Apple is laughing all the way to the bank... :D :D :D

And iOS 6 won't just be "vengeance" it will make ICS 4.0 look like DOS 3.11 (You might need to be of a certain age to know what I'm speaking of.)

Then the ROMmers can spend the next year trying to stabilize ICS before iOS 7 sends them back to the drawing board. That's just how it works.

iOS 5 wasn't anywhere near as advanced as gingerbread, so I'm not sure why you'd think iOS 6 would make ICS appear outdated.

Even the biggest Apple fanboys admit that Android has more features!

You mean like iOS 5 did
iOS 5 was a weak update after waiting over a year for it.

Yes, if check boxes and fancy charts/graphs stoke your ego. For those of us who have lives, not so much. It's form over function. iOS > Android.

Form over function is pathetic. Why pay more for something that looks pretty but has no substance? You can buy an Android phone for less and have more features... seems like a no brainer to me :)

iPhone users enjoy a phone that just works. And they don't mind paying a premium for that. Time is money. Android users on the other hand...well, they seem to have more time, a lot more time. :D :D :D

The phone just works because it can't do anything. Apple limits what you can do so that you can have a smooth experience. They even limit the number of tabs you can open in Safari, yet they don't consider that some of your tabs might be text based websites that use hardly any memory.

I can't believe a fellow user on an iPhone message board is insinuating I have no life and too much free time! :D

Yes, that's why fAndroids have to spend their time in between ROMs and "tweaks" crying on forums and message boards for some iOS application to be made available on Android as well. It's a sad, pathetic life. Developers go where the money is...iOS, not Android. It's not rocket science. :D

The vast majority of Android users don't look at custom roms and tweaks much like the vast majority of iOS users don't sit around waiting for jailbreaks.

Anyway, are you done trolling? Because that is all you are doing at this point.

Oh, please. Mr. Sanctimonious :D

There's no place for fAndroids on an iOS board in the first place.

Who's the fandroid? Me? You're wrong... You just want to slander people who don't choose iOS by calling them names. A bit childish, but I guess if you can;t hold back I can understand.

Off the top of my head I can't think of one iOS app that I want on my SGS2 that's not already on there...

There's a couple of features I'd like from the Spotify app, but that's about it.

The issue that made me change from Android to iOS is the hardware and software fragmentation of Android. I also like the idea that the iPhone holds it's value so well.

About 0.01% of Android users have ICS. And with most devices not receiving an update for any number of claimed reasons, that number won't be rising a whole lot any time soon. :D

I'll take that as admission you haven't used ice cream sandwich to any capacity to be able to talk about it or compare.

End of discussion.
