They were referring to the new AppleCare+. I think we are all hoping they offer it a they currently do, plus a second option for loss and theft.

Knowing Apple it will replace the old AppleCare+ and you'll be paying for loss and theft cover weather you like it or not.

Given the render of the new Apple Watch that was leaked, I'm guessing the "Gather Round" with the round artwork references both the new design of the cellular designation on the digital crown and the design of the new Apple campus.

I'd say quadruple when you factor in the deductible. That's some serious gouging. I wish Squaretrade had not deteriorated so much, they used to be a good option. Might be worth it to buy the phone outright and use my CC warranty.

$399 for damage and loss. My home insurance is £14pm and have gadget cover with a £100 excess if I lose it. Why would I pay $/£200 more plus excess when I have so many other, cheaper options?

I pay $7.99 a month for ATT carrier insurance. Tbh, in 10yrs I've never used it. Apple can take a hike at $399
