Seriously, where is it against the law to sell a cell phone service plan? Please would love to hear that.

I'm no kid, not looking to do anything illegal, just don't need the unlimited plan any more.

As far as worrying about AT&T shutting you down, let's face it the writing is on the wall, look at what the company did to all of the "unlimited" iPhone data plan users.

Why don't you try editing your signature so that you come across like the adult that you think you are.

Thanks.

You are correct. It is not illegal. I am currently selling my unlimited phone plan and AT&T has basically helped explain step by step how to transfer my contract to someone else. AT&T gets paid every month and they can control how much data is being consumed by throttling. AT&T is a lot of bad things, but they are also very loyal to early adopters since they understand these are the people who have paid their monthly bill the longest.

Dude. I fell for this. Did you notice the DATE on the post you are responding to?

selling att plan.

Hi all,

i currently have an unlimited plan for iphone 5s, my monthly bill is about $85 which includes 250 anytime times, 5000 night/weekends, and unlimited messaging and data. I normally use about 4gb, since i never use wifi, and I just think it's better to have a mobile share plan for me and my wife, she doesn't use much anyways.

will sell it to someone here, rather than doing ebay.

thanks.

An iPhone unlimited plan is different than an iPad plan.

So does anyone else think this is a super bad idea. You are giving a stranger complete access to an account of yours. Anyone ever hear of social engineering and identity theft. No wonder people are willing to pay 500-700$ for this. They can make a lot more with your information if they wanted to. I really hope that all who have done this got honest buyers...

Ah really? I think you should worry more about the NSA, CIA, FBI, doing their "social engineering" than common folks just looking to buy a sim card...

If you do it right, there's nothing to steal. I sold two of these plans over a year ago. I changed all the information and put the plan on a pre-paid credit card that only had enough for one month's data on it.

The irony, is that had I wanted to, I could have actually taken the plans back because I was sent the new login information when the buyer changed the account to his information.

If you buy one of these, make sure to change the information 2x, to avoid that problem.
