Seriously, where is it against the law to sell a cell phone service plan? Please would love to hear that.
I'm no kid, not looking to do anything illegal, just don't need the unlimited plan any more.
As far as worrying about AT&T shutting you down, let's face it the writing is on the wall, look at what the company did to all of the "unlimited" iPhone data plan users.
Why don't you try editing your signature so that you come across like the adult that you think you are.

You are correct. It is not illegal. I am currently selling my unlimited phone plan and AT&T has basically helped explain step by step how to transfer my contract to someone else. AT&T gets paid every month and they can control how much data is being consumed by throttling. AT&T is a lot of bad things, but they are also very loyal to early adopters since they understand these are the people who have paid their monthly bill the longest.
