I updated to 26.4.2 2 days ago. Since then, under Mobile Data> System Services > General is using 100's of MB's of data in a single day. I don't use my phone that much these days, and have it on airplane mode when I am not using it. I reset my usage statistics when I update, and General has used far more data than literally all my other apps combined.

Is this a known bug in 26.4.2? Is it even using this data or is it reporting an incorrect value?

I've went through and checked everything I can think of, but I have pretty much all forms of background data usage processes or updates disabled.

Stupid question: is Wifi definitely turned on?
No, I am on mobile data. It's just that general has not consumed such a large amount of data before, and given it's the equivalent of updated 10+ apps in data consumption, and there is no other specifics for the usage, I don't know why it has.
