I was wrong...for now. I apologize. But I just had a great Caesar salad.
There are still issues with apps that communicate to apple servers. IE facetime/app store. So they're trying to fix that before releasing the JB.
unless you are close friends with the Dev-team you will always be making educated or uneducated guesses your not fooling anybody by guessing.When Dev-team is ready it will be released. everybody just needs to relax and let the Dev-team finish it.

The jailbreak is interfering with the function of some of the core iPhone functions/apps like FaceTime and the iTunes/App Store apps. Those are at least the ones we know about, might be others.
So there is still more work to do....
