Not only this on forum, but others too. Furthermore, I have seen even news articles with random capitalized nouns, most likely to emphasize something.

this is from a bloody science article:

Isn't chromosome a proper noun in that sentence? I mean, they're telling you about a specific type of chromosome. In regular usage, that would not be capitalized, but if you're talking about a specific person/place/thing/idea (chromosome being a thing), shouldn't it be capitalized?
