If you don't have the full amount, will it take whatever you have in Apple ID and charge the balance to your CC?
Yeah.

"likely other countries"? Not too reassuring. How can you determine if you are getting the 10% bonus? When US or UK users choose the amount to add to their Apple ID, do they see the amount with bonus prior to clicking the Purchase button?
It looks exactly like the screenshot shows.

Why do this when they're regularly 15-20 percent off at major retailers like Target?

if you use this to pay Apple Music, and switch to yearly, you’ll save about 25% off the standard monthly Apple Music fee.

i put $AU200 on there, good deal.

Thank you for that info. Yet another case of Apple providing "**** all" to millions of customers outside North America. Tim is more than happy to hoover up our cash for everything but yet we are excluded from many opportunities that those in the US benefit from. No annual subscription for Apple Music, no monthly payments for Apple Care, etc. etc.

It’s by necessity. Wal-Mart and Best Buy aren't going to sell Apple Store gift cards so people can buy the same hardware they sell from a competitor. However, app and iCloud purchases don't compete against them directly. On the other hand, a drugstore isn't going to have a problem selling both cards.

They also aren't going to push an Apple credit card when they have their own store cards.

Thanks for the comment. I think it may be more likely due to how the legal entities are setup to follow (but definitely not avoid) tax law, escheatment, revenue recognition, and their relation to (mostly) tangible vs. intangible properties, among other things. If there was only one type of gift card, I would be surprised if it still wasn’t carried in a lot of places because it’d still be a money maker. Agree on the credit card.

Am I right in saying you can't pay Apple Music yearly with a family subscription?

Black Friday deals usually go to 15% off. Stocked up another $100 but usually I purchase Apple ID money right after Thanksgiving for the year.

Seems like it. I have a family subscription and I cannot find the option. I see:
- Family (1 Month) $14.99
- Individual (1 Month) $9.99
- Individual (1 Year) $99.00
- Student (1 Month) $4.99

So no 1-year Family-plan :( Should be $149.00

There should be another 15% run soon. I checked my email and have gift card purchases (PayPal digital gifts) in July 2019 and September 2019. Prior summer: July 2018 and August 2018. I only buy at $85 and the rare $80 for $100.

I might still load up a Benjamin with this promo.
Can’t find out but does it expire?
the promo ends July 10 store credit doesn’t expire.

I have yet to see 20% at target, and it’s the main place we shop. I’ll see buy one ($50) get the 2nd card 20% off, so it’s actually 10% off for the 2. Using the target card, I get an extra 5% off. Costco is the only place I’ll get a deal like that, $80 for a $100 Card, but it’s not often.

Combine this with any 15% of iTunes gift card deals and it's a double discount (not gonna figure out the actual maths). Anyone know of any gift card discounts right now? Like the eBay e-delivery ones?

How often does this kind of deal happen?
This exact deal I saw a few months ago. There was one or two Target ones for a Target Card with purchase of an iTunes invetween. And I've read other companies run deals also.

basically yes - I clicked £200 and it told me I'd get an extra £20 before payment then after it said my account had been credited with £220

Thanks for that. It confirms that Apple would not give the bonus in my country. What is their logic?
