I've been able to watch youtube videos on Google Chrome normally, but about a week ago, Youtube started to get very glitchy. I cant watch any video now. I've tried Safari, but it's glitchy too. This happens when I'm playing ROBLOX also. Not Minecraft though. Here is a video of what is happening with my computer :
