I got a bad experience from Apple store employee in Kenwood mall OH, too..
I wanted to buy a MacBook Pro, but I still hadn't decided if I wanted the nonretina anti-glare or the retina one. So I visited the store and tried mbp retina. However, I didn't see any anti-glare one so I tried to find employees that I can asked. I was there almost an HOUR! No one wanted to help me out. I stopped many employees to ask questions, but they all said they're going to send someone to help me = non!

Maybe I look like a teenager without money or something!? Well, back to the story. Then I can't wait any longer. I went to one of the employee. He just stood at the iPad area and did nothing. So I assumed that he's available. I asked him to show me the anti-glare one. He walked around the mbp area, deleted all the pictures and files in each mbp.. I was like, "WTH! You ARE supposed to show me the anti-glare one" So I asked him where was the anti-glare. He looked at me and said, "none"

And he kept walking to the next mbp and delete the pictures.. I told him, "sorry, dude. You should tell me that there's no anti-glare mbp here. Why you made me follow you around!?" He told me that Apple store didn't carry it anymore... No apology!

BAD BAD BAD!
