Call me mad but I’m currently looking on Facebook Marketplace for a decent condition iPhone X. I can’t get on with my 11 Pro. It’s far too heavy, chunky and I prefer the X back and camera design. I also find the ultra wide lens awful. It makes everything look stretched so I don’t bother using it.

The 11 series is way too heavy. Even my XS is too heavy. I’d rather have a less premium feeling phone that’s much lighter. If iPhones continue getting heavier, I’ll be tempted to get an Android. Pixels and Galaxies/Notes feel like a feather in the hand in comparison to all iPhones.

Ergonomics >> battery size, premium materials

I love the iPhone 11 Pro. I amazed how nice it feels to hold, how buttery smooth the operation is, and how good the camera is. Taking pictures in near darkness is great. Ok’ing from an iPhone 8. The battery life on the 11 is wonderful. Most days it’s around 75% at the end of the day.

But to the OP, go for what makes you happy.

I like my 11 Pro, but I came from the XR. I agree with you about the camera design. I’m not into photography except for snapping a few quick photos on a trip or with my family, so I’d be just fine with a single lens camera.

I wish I did not see this thread... I currently have an iPhone X which I have been pleased with and am about to upgrade to the 11 Pro Max...

iOS 13 3.1 seems bad on batteries. My X is fine but on 13.3 while my 11 is on .1

Camera on X has much to be desired and was a large part of my getting the 11, not even Pro or Max model.

Far two heavy? The weight difference doesn’t make it that drastically different.

Errr no. Battery life is important thus their decision to increase thickness for the battery in the 11 pro vs the X and XS.

I prefer the slight weight difference between the X and 11 pro. You’re going to have it anyways between a X and 11 pro max because of size anyways. The phone is more substantial in your hands with the weight difference.

To me the 11 Pro Max is better in every conceivable way ... so there's nothing to worry about. I wouldn't downgrade back to the X if you paid me.
