josef is on roids (that said, he's tiny in real life). You won't look like that, at least not that lean and dry. His routine and diet plan are bs and made to take advantage of people who don't know any better.

So how's your routine going so far OP? Have you managed to keep it up somehow?

If the OP was taking the steroids too, then keeping it up would only be a tiny part of his problems.
