Google Wave Invite Thread

Sorry i cant help you with the invite but id be glad to have a chat with you on the wave. I think i can manage talking to a pom for a bit ;) i can send my email via pm or something??

I vote that all us MR people get each others addressea and try out the features to see how it goes. Maybe it can be a way to communicate future mac announcements/event coverage?

Search for "in:public", beware slowness and crashing on large waves though!

I'm being a bit dim maybe but where do I put in:public? I've tried a few places and not much happens!

Also, can you get an email notification when you get a new wave?

I'm not 100% sure I see the point of Wave yet - it seems to be a cross between email and IM? Time will tell I guess when I get more friends on there!

in your "inbox" section, there is a search bar, type it in there. it didnt work for me either though :(

ahh got your reply. my internet had a spaz attack. all is good now. hope im not interrupting your work! :p

tested for a few minutes: performance is lacking quite a bit. safari hung multiple times. i sure hope an application version is released - the internet version just doesnt cut it as yet.

I clicked searches at the side, hit the plus, then typed it in there. Works for me, just not well.
 
Hey guys! Anyone want to trade a google voice invitation for a google wave one? I would love a google wave invitation. :)

I signed up for an invite earlier in this process but I still haven't made it onto the wave. If anyone has an invite to spare, I'm interested. Thanks.

I'm using it on Chrome and it's more or less flawless, so I trashed that app.

I got sidetracked by sleep, so after 8 hours of it, I'm all good (that means I got up at midday :) )

Okay, i know I'm not the coldest can of Coors Lite in the fridge, but where in THE hell do you find out if you have invites to send or not???
 
hey apparently I'm a fool and have had a wave invite from google sitting in my email from the beginning, but it got moved to the spam folder (good job gmail :rolleyes:)


So I have twenty invites if anyone wants 'em.
