Anywhere from a day to two weeks. Trust me, I invited everyone who PMed me up until the 5th person. If I told you you got one, you did. It just takes a while.

How long does it take for the invites to roll out?

I just got one tonight, almost 1 AM. 30 min later I notice the new email icon, thinking some spam passed my filters again It took 4 days from the "invite sent" pm to getting it.

(my wave address is my username @googlewave.com). No invites to send out yet. How long does it take to get invites to send out?

I got my account today, and no invites. I did some research, and from what I can work out, Google will only give people invites when they are "comfortable with accepting more users", so I guess they're working on putting more servers up or something.

I got mine a few weeks back and still got nothing to hand out.

And gWave is really only good if you have a lot of people who also have gWave, otherwise it's pretty much a glorified chat client.
