Has a security expert or anyone written an article about the current Pixel Watch/Pixel Phone 7 and the amount of data it leaks vs the Iphone/Apple Watch?

I'm debating if I should get Apple Watch 7 or Pixel Watch to replace my OG Galaxy Watch. I own both iphone 11 pro and Pixel 6A which is paired to my watch. I switch biweekly between these two. If I only get 1 then cellular makes sense or if BT only then I would need both.
I like Fossil Gen 6 smart watches but they have issue with battery, inaccurate HR monitor and its still on wear OS 2 😕
