Native speaker. Just doesn't think proper punctuation and spelling are important. (You can tell from the types of mistakes.)

8.Corrections. There is no need to point out another poster's spelling or grammatical errors unless you think it is causing confusion. Remember that not all members are native English speakers. Communication, not correctness, is our goal. Examples: Don't correct members who spell Mac in all caps or who call the iPod touch an iTouch.

Personal pet peeve in people misusing the term.
The poster said piece of kit. Perhaps he was referring to the entire technology toolkit like tablet, phone, computer, etc. . .
Apparently, "kit" as slang means "equipment" -- doesn't matter if it requires assembly or not.

I agree. The only reason to get an ipad 4 now is if a person wants ios6. it makes no sense to me to buy an ipad4 now just to install ios7.
I bought my 64gb ipad4 5 months ago (upgraded from a 32gb ipad2) in preparation for a longer term investment. my ipad4 is staying at 6.1.3 for as long as I own it.
Sorry but will not take this back and it is not all ways a good Ida. Too buy new stuff right when they come out any ways all way wait a few weeks and see the reviews and issues if any you no how the new iPads are when they 1st come out they will all ways have some kind of issues with them

I bought the iPad 4 this week too. $100 off and no tax. As long as you're happy with it that is all that matters.

It's an expression well used in the UK, get over it.
Not related to your post, but "I could care less", now there's an expression that's worth fighting over. The person who says it is actually saying "I care a little bit, maybe not much, but I do care". Stupidity.
Don't get me started on the misuse of the word "addicting" either. Lions share of the time it should read "addictED". Addicting is (arguably) a valid word but not in the way it is applied 99.9% of the time.

that said. i dont understand people that buy year old technology when the new thing is about to come out. Lots of people i know have done this and then when i show up with the new device they try to figure out a way to get it.

My rule of thumb is to stick with the version of iOS that was released when the device was released, upgrade only when necessary.Yeah don't let the evil iOS 7 get you
For the iPad 4 that would be iOS6.
There are a few legitimate reasons why a person would prefer iOS6 over iOS7 besides the thought that "iOS 7 is evil". But I wouldn't expect a fanboy to understand that.
