You've been rocking a salmon iPhone. You'd feel far different and do a 180 if you were to rock the following:

That's you, insisting that the guy you're responding to really would feel the same way about the watch as you do.

don't even get me started with america and guns. bunch of idiots living in that country. (i'm not american)

Quite unnecessary. Why don't you tell us where you're from?

all i said was "in my opinion" i don't want my electronics to be pink and i got attacked.

how about people be open minded that others may not carry the same opinion as themselves?

it's fine if you want to have a pink phone, but i don't like it. i will glady wear a pink shirt, but keep that colour away from me for any electronics.

i said "TO ME". i don't know if i have to bold it and make the font huge so she can see..

No, that's not what you said...not even close actually. If that was all you said, I wouldn't find you annoying. Here's what you said:

"Lmao. Tell me why no guy in the world has ever put on a pink case on his phone? Cause it doesn't look good and it's feminine. Now Apple releases a pink colour and it's okay? No."

"To the people who are saying pink is not feminine, good luck convincing your spouse that your new born son needs an all pink room."

"I also encounter thousands of people per day, probably 100,000 a month. Not once have I seen a pink case on a mans phone."

That doesn't sound like a neutral opinion, or simply stating your opinion. It sounds like someone proclaiming that that their opinion is the correct one and attacking/judging people who disagree. It's ironic, because that's the very thing you're criticizing.

That's not what I said at all in this thread. I wrote while many guys would feel comfortable rocking a pink iPhone 5c (which is actually salmon in color) or even hot pink accessories, these same guys would most likely feel uncomfortable rocking the following:

It's not the color per se that makes it feminine. While a pale pink shirt would look just fine on a guy, pale pink accessories/jewelry look rather feminine on a guy. It all depends on the application.

No, I would not wear that..I don't like it. This application looks feminine to me..that color paired with that feminine buckle design is not my style. I don't think the color alone is feminine though. I own shirts in that color.

Are you buying? Then yes I would wear this. I personally don't like the look of the band- plus it would get pretty messed up while working out.

That would pretty much be my objection to wearing it. Any light colored band would get pretty filthy, whether it was pink, white, tan, whatever.

Owners of the pink modern buckle have said it has held up extremely well and hasn't gotten permanently dirty with daily use. It's coated leather so any dirt wipes off easily.

Don't forget the size. That's the 38mm model. The problem is not the color. The problem is the size and, to a lesser extent, the buckle.

So what are you trying to say? That the 38mm size and the buckle design are for ladies, and as such, Apple has elected to make the soft pink as a color option because it's intended for women?

Yeah, I've learned not to do light colored on anything that is "everyday" use. As for the buckle, I generally don't like stainless steel, although the Milanese loop looks good. If it were gold or black, it would be fine. Straight up pink (or red for that matter) just doesn't work for me, but if you tint it to the yellowish (like a true rose gold would be) or bluish side, it's fine.

Probably. Yep. Because, in general, more women would be into a pink watch.

More women will be into the rose gold iPhone as well, but I don't think that automatically makes it feminine.

Not at all. Observing that most people who choose something are one gender or another is a very different thing than insisting they are inherently feminine/masculine and that a guy's junk will fall off if he dares step over that line.

You're making no sense. You're fine with KRG's "in general, more women would be into a pink watch," but not my "men are less likely to rock a pale pink watch." They are the same thing!

By the way, the junk falling off comment was just a joke, in response to so many guys worrying about the rose gold iPhone appearing pink.

I can't find any post of yours where you said "less likely" (except these later ones). You were pretty definite with the "you'd feel far different and do a 180" up there. If you want to back off that, that's fine, but you did say it.

In the meantime, apparently the outside world is arguing over whether sex with dead farm animals is okay or not. Oy.

Hey hey ... back in line. We don't need a "sex with a dead rose gold farm animal" discussion now.

Would it make you feel better if I change it to "you'd likely feel far different and do a 180"? That poster hasn't disputed me though.

That'd be better. Even better would be "who the hell cares if he did or didn't". Words matter. Is it important to you that people acknowledge and bend to arbitrary gender norms? Because that's what your words convey.

NOT FEMININE:

VERY FEMININE:

These are pretty much the same shade of pink. I think it proves that color is gender neutral and can be both masculine and feminine. It's all about the application. /End thread
But do you feel good? Does anyone truly feel good? The big questions under your bussum.
