Replacement or first order?

I ordered when the main thread had glowing reviews of Wrapsol.

Wouldn't it have been better if Wrapsol had sent emails to everyone who ordered saying to hold tight while they get replacements for the poor first shipment?

Well if yours arrives today, and its defective, just take a picture of it and do the replacement request on the website tonight and you'll get another Wrapsol Ultra very shortly :).
 
mine came today, after waiting 8 days, and it was fine. going to wait 24 hours for bubbles to go away and i should be set

I don't know how many times you need to have it explained to you for you to get it, but apparently we don't have the manpower on this board to accomplish it. The text had transferred ONTO the actual film. Plenty of posts here describing it. Stop making yourself look dumb.
 
24 hours have about passed and still bubbles, scratches and weird finger print like marks from the inside which CAME with it, dust like particles and small string like pieces which came with it are still there. Plus, I sent an email to the refund and no reply yet since I sent the email about 9 hours ago.


edit: forgot to mention the letters and the number 3 are still on it!
 
From using Wrapsol on my 3g and now the iP4, these guys are top notch. If there were production problems, let them make it right.

From using films on my three generations of phones, they are not fool proof trying to install them. It takes patience and some know-how.

Regardless if there was a production problem or just user error, they are standing by their product and offering free replacements. That's way more than some other companies that just take your money and run.

Bubbles disappear completely within days. I had a million and they are all gone now.

scratches and marks are still here on my film. I dont think they are going to refund me. I will try one more time and get replacement. If it doesnt work out, i will be pissed.
 
Original Wrapsol

Well.........Got my Original in the mail and the front film looks like crap. The side pieces and the back looked OK, but the front film had the indentations from other pieces, lettering from the instructions, and a large "scratch" down a corner. I sent Wrapsol an email to submit the claim. The product feels awesome, but that front screen....................kind of disappointed.

Looks like Ultra and Original could be affected guys!
 
Thought I will give wrapsol the last try after I talked to their customer service.
however, I tried the replacement link that yellow frog gave. It asked my credit card information. It just could not let me go through without enter credit card information. I will not pay anything to the replacement. what should I do?

hey man dont worry ..I talked to lady from wrapsol and she told me even if you put credit card information, they wont charge one penny.. so dont worry about it ..it is completely free replacement...


but i put mine today around 5 est... they are not asking credit card info. anymore..


anyhow.. you wont get charge...trust me...;)

Just submitted my replacement order. Hopefully, they will not charge me anything. Otherwise, I will dispute all the payment.:mad:

I submitted a replacement order as well. Any idea when we will get notification of shipment or acknowledgment of claim? (I also had to enter my credit card info)

I have no idea. I really hate to look at my phone now. It looks so ugly. I chose overnight shipping. however, since wrapsol will pay for the shipping, I am not sure if they are gonna to do it. Just hope it will not take 12 days again. :mad:

This whole wrapsol experience is pain in my neck!!!!!! To be honest, I am worrying about the quality of next shipment too.

You have to go to their website and go through the replacement application.

I emailed and called, they told me to go to the link to request a replacement. They even emailed me back and asked me to go to their website to order my replacement. It is a little bit strange. I dont know why they just cannot go ahead to process it since I attached all the information in my email. It seems this is the only way that you can get your replacement.:mad:

I am sorry to hear that bro.. but they told me new batch will ship from tomorrow..

you can ask for refund now ..they will give it to you..that 's what they told me 2..

Well, I ordered my Wrapsol Original three days ago and fedex says it will be here tomorrow. I'm wondering if I'll just need to return it right away. I guess I'll be installing it and seeings what the results are.
 
Poor QA

I too had some issues with the wrapsol. Mine was delivered with dirt under the screen and the front skin had impressions of the side mlding in it. There are also tiny bubbles that have still not gone away after 48hrs. I have waited over 2 days and the impressions have not gone away. Also the side moldings were warped and do not fit correctly. For $30 i expected more.
 
I bought two films and they both look like **** too. I ordered replacements. The front and back both have lettering printed on them and they are really cloudy even after 3 days. Ruins the retina display completely. It looks like they use cheap glue or something. If the new ones have this issue I will be asking for a refund and going with a different brand. What is taking Power Support so long? Oh I know they actually care about quality unlike wrapsol apparently. We'll see.

They hired employees with disabilities there were some mistakes in the packaging. Same thing happened to mine. You get a free replacement. Just give 'em a call. Otherwise, I totally understand why people are losing faith in the company. For what it's worth, when packaged correctly... it's an incredible product!
 
I just wanted to chime in here since I haven't posted much since I got my Wrapsol.

I got my first set of the Ultra and they were in pretty poor condition, I contacted Wrapsol and they shipped out my second set immediately.

When I got the second set it looked much better than the first however still not perfect as the side pieces were stuck to the front shield which left some markings on it which looks like scratches.

I've had the Wrapsol on for several days now and it looks very good, and there are only a couple scratches that are hardly noticeable.

I think the main problem was Wrapsol's quality control and packaging. The product itself is great and I don't have any complaints there.
 
Replacement

I filled out the replacement form via the warranty link. How long will it take to get a response and receive the replacement??
