I love Starship Troopers, it worked on so many levels - media propaganda, fascism, genocide, the cast was perfect with Denise Richards, Caspar Van Dien and Patrick Muldoon with their shiny white teeth smiles as "perfect human race".

Not Another Teen Movie.
Glad to see this underrated comedy classic get a mention!

I would argue that many films listed in this thread are B-movies and low comedies which many people seem to automatically class as terrible movies. I disagree with this premise. They have the same range of quality from good to bad as any other "high class" movie.

I just watched Tommy Boy again last night. Bad movie but Chris Farley was just so far out there that I can't help it lol.

I love Tommy Boy to this day. I laugh just thinking about some of the scenes.

Matter of fact I just came across a Youtube vid of outtakes and bloopers from it. Chris Farley was hysterical even in many of the outtakes.

I absolutely love Not Another Teen Movie. I try to watch it once a year. I actually just watched it a couple of weeks ago. It came out when I was 12 so I was arguably too young for it but of course my friends and I snuck in and it was my first exposure to raunchy comedy. It will always hold a special place in my heart, although I feel like many people don't remember it. I also loved the entire soundtrack to it. The Marilyn Manson "Tainted Love" music video was pretty awesome as well.

The Evil Dead from 1980 something

Oh no! That's a cult classic and really is an intelligent, witty horror flick. At least think so. ;)

Exactly, that is a classic film! One of my favorites!!!!!!!!

God there are so freaking many of them to choose from!

Independence Day
Showgirls
Bram Strokers Dracula
Killer Clowns from Outer Space
The Towering Inferno

John Water's Pink Flamingos. With a stomach-turning ending, if what preceded it wasn't weird enough. Ground breaking.

Napoleon Dynamite is one, partly because it's freaking hilarious, and partly because it was filmed just a couple hours from where I live. Everybody here knows it - heck, my sister has had basketball games at the school, and one of her teachers was in the movie. Did I mention it is freaking hilarious?

Spaceballs makes it into my top 10 list regardless of how awful it is. It's too good not to...

Those are my two favorites, though I don't usually mind watching awful movies (unless they are completely awful... this probably goes to the original superman and the few minutes of the old TMNT I have seen. I don't know if I could make it through the whole film). I mean, the never ending story and Labyrinth weren't too awful :D

Ha, I didn't even see your post about KKFOS. That is to funny. I too love Starship Troopers. So over the top and gruesome that it to me is a cult classic!:D

Starship Troopers was a subversive anti-war, anti-fascist, and anti-nationalist political satire, a direct response to Robert A. Heinlein's original text.

My favorite bad film to watch is the remake of "The Wicker Man" with Nicolas Cage. This film is hilarious!
