iOS 16.0.1 will be the first bug-fix release. That's when I will finally upgrade on my iPhone 12.What is the first bug fix release?
16.0.1 if there is one 16.1 or better wait for 16.2??
Seems like they don’t listen to their customersI guess the battery percentage is staying.
The current beta does not imply something like thisPublic releases are in beta too. With all the new gimmicks they introduced I predict it will be a very problematic os.
Totally agree. Oh and the new lock screen is going to drive me crazy having to help my parents figure it out. 😂Sorry but it's not the most exciting release. The lock screen is OK, but not something I was hoping for.
About the only thing I really like is the ability to edit texts.
If the past is any guide, that might be the first public release anyway, after 16.0 is preloaded on the new phones.iOS 16.0.1 will be the first bug-fix release. That's when I will finally upgrade on my iPhone 12.
Apple releases iOS betas. That's a fact. An analyst is saying "iOS 16 is finished". That's a rumor. Facts and rumors don't always match up. When they don't, I'd go with the facts.Noob question : what’s the point in releasing betas if it is finished anyway ? 🤔
It is an option you need to enable so why would it matter really. If you don't want it, you just leave it disabled.Seems like they don’t listen to their customers
Really? I’ve not been keeping up with this and likely won’t be touching iOS 16 for several months after its release. It’s BS that the iPhone 11 won’t get receiving the battery % feature.

Is this official or just going off beta reports?
I think you misunderstood my post and you disagree? Simply stated each public beta is getting better. 🤦🏽He didn’t say that’s it they are done fixing bugs. He wrote they have finished development. Meaning no new features right now. Just bug fixes.
