With big file sizes and backup other than iCloud, the port gets used a decent bit.
Current speeds are … ugh.

Based just on my peers, I suspect there are a decent number who use the port for data.
YMMV.

I would think more would if the speed went up, but I'm sure Apple doesn't want to cannabalize iCloud either

Titanium frame will hopefully bring some noticeable weight reduction.

very much needed. I wish my 14 Pro was just aluminum to help reduce the weight.

I agree with this. Aluminum is nice but it's not as premium and exclusive as Stainless steel or Titanium. Heck, I would love Apple to introduce a Ceramic Edition iPhone Pro models.

According to Google Apple sold about 230 million iPhones in 2022 - there is nothing exclusive to this at this point.

I hope they dispense with the bling-bling shiny finish of the stainless steel when they switch to titanium. The brushed finish of the aluminium has always been a strong attraction. A much nicer and classy look.

The ‘aluminium is classy’. LOL. Yes, alumunium, that fine product most valued for being cheap and easily disposed of. Like those handy aluminium cars that can be driven once and then crushed up into a ball. You would wear aluminium cufflinks to the Oscars. Baby, will you marry me? I’ve saved three months for this ring. It’s made of 24 karat aluminium 😂
