He broke that AirPods 4 would come in 2 models-

There’s a lot more, some more obvious than others. But I think these are too specific to say he was guessing. I should point out too, that AirPods 4 rumor was a year in advance.
Did he break the last two? I could be remembering wrong, but I thought those 2 were broke by multiple other sources first and he came in after and added them to his list of leaks, much the same as he did in the story here, after someone else made the leak he came in and said the same exact thing after, then a little while after that said.. “actually the other guy is is slightly off but I can’t tell you how, but trust me I know what it really looks like!”. I think that is what the other commenter was basically saying… lately with Gurman he is one of the last people to report the same leak everyone else has already reported. Sometimes waiting until the day before an actual Apple release. It is easy to get your accuracy score up there when you wait until multiple other leakers corroborate the same info, and then you swoop in and say “guess what guys, I got a leak!”. Lately those last minute after everyone else leaks have been kicking him in the butt though, as he states things are imminent and then the next day when he was wrong, says “just kidding it was delayed, but I am still right, it is actually coming out in 2 weeks”. His in-ability to admit when he is wrong, while at the same time attacking others when they are off, is very cringey and makes the guy hard to like. If you look at the other leakers, when they get things wrong they will make fun if themselves for weeks afterwards. Mark needs to lighten up. He gets respect for being pretty accurate, but it is better to get respect for being a good perosn.

I can’t find any earlier reports for those last 2 rumors. If you can find any, please, share them.

I still wonder will Apple decide to delay the user interface overhaul for one year and turn iOS 19.0 into something like MacOS X 10.6 Snow Leopard, where there will be no significant changes but there will be a LOT of bug fixes, improved memory optimizations, improved battery life control and better integration of Apple Intelligence.
bug fixes don't sell to new customers. Apple needs to sell more and more for the shareholders. They will go with the fresh look to sell more, AND to distract from the disaster the AI and Siri have been this year.
