Wholeheartedly disagree.
256gb should be the new base model, without base model price increase.
Storage is inexpensive. It's just Apples marketing strategy to Push people upward the ridiculous pricing tiers.

I agree with you that there should be no price increase, but I'm not that optimistic. There is a price premium to dual-stack OLED, and I think this may be how they will manage it, by simply dropping the 128 GB price tier.

Just as I thought. An hour after Apple announces new Airs, the ship dates go from this Friday to the 22nd.

Hopefully I won't miss an iPP announcement when it's made.

I’m wondering if they’re going to keep rolling products out this week (with another product announcement tomorrow or Wednesday), or if they’ll wait until next week (or later) to keep the products coming.

Really excited for that OLED iPad Pro.

Not sure why this is so difficult for Apple. Release:

- iPad mini with OLED display. 256 GB starting storage. Face ID. An M3 chip. New USB-C version.
- The rest of the iPad series with OLED displays, 256GB of storage.

- New MacBooks with M3 chip, OLED displays, and increase base storage to 256GB and 16 GB of RAM. Add FaceID to the MacBook.


I honestly wish Apple would scratch the mail app and come out with an iCloud mail app that's revamped. There's so much potential there.

I was thinking they might release one product a week, so as to not step on the promotion of another.

So next Monday we get the iPP announcement and release date next Friday.

The following Monday will be something else & so on until they finish out the month.

I would believe this, EXCEPT it comes from Gurman, who is entirely full of ****. He doesn’t know anything, he guesses a lot, and like they say “Even a blind hen finds a kernel of grain occasionally.”

Good call. Given the wait caused by rumors of March and April, whatever they show will disappoint some fans with cries of is that it, why isn't it also a mac, is it carbon neutral etc ? I look forward to the announcement to see whether they have corrupted the display with an island / notch or I can order my 13.1" OLED upgrade.
