Not really impressed, I would like to see some real innovation like Apple used to do. Lately it's just been subtle improvements to existing hardware. The bigger phone wasn't really an innovation because we all wanted that. I'm talking about the updates that we "didn't know we wanted" but saw it and then wanted it. The types of innovations that set Apple way ahead of the competition.
Just like the Lightning earbuds and no 3.5 mm? Perhaps this will give apple the edge on sound quality, and they could introduce wireless earbuds with great sound quality. No more wires? Great, perhaps we' ll love it in a year.
But:
You see what happens if Apple leaves existing paths.
Everyone is crying wolf after the first news postings about this.
Apple users want change, innovation, etc. but when Apple introduces new features and design, everyone goes wild.
" the iPhone 4s was the greatest design", I want ios6 back, etc.

So someone took rumors from rumor sites, created cases from them, calls them leaks, then the rumor sites call it proof of their rumors the case is based on?

So, you are saying someone pay a designer to design the case based on rumor, and then pay a Chinese factory to make a couple sample case based on the design, and then make a headline post for it?

How likely would any idiots would pay for this just to fool people around?

Thats what I was just thinking!

I'd love to see a radical departure this time, one curved edge, no physical home button, microSD slot, etc - sometihng that's practical beyond "it's thinner!"

It happens.

You could be right, it could be a BIG feature of the iPhone 7 and so Apple don't want to keep it just to the 7 Plus. Personally I love my iPhone 6 Plus and will be getting the 7 Plus, unless of course there is a Pro version which rumour suggests and I may decide to get that instead, especially if it has the 5.5" screen.

I'm ok with a Pro version as long as it comes in both sizes. Pro != Bigger

So charging the phone and use the headphones at the same time is a not go. Not sure I like that, but hey... maybe they got some kind of awesome solution for this little conundrum?

Maybe they will include bluetooth internally allowing music and charging at once. (messing with you)
I personally never use a cable connected headphone anymore.

I don't know if it is just me, but make the damn phone 2x thicker and put a gigantic battery in there, please APPLE for the love of god.
[doublepost=1458232143][/doublepost]I wonder if they are going to go to a USB-C connector.

I am not happy with the "plus" version getting more attention than the others. The "plus" should offer more battery time and a bigger display.
But there are people - like me - who do want to run around with a massive phone in their trouser pockets, but still want the technology... :/

You have a point, hopefully it won't be like the iPod Shuffle where you either charge or listen to music. I'm all for innovation but not by taking stuff away and I still haven't gotten over them taking the DVD drives out of the iMac.

It's not "someone", it's Sonny Dickson. He's pretty much as reliable as an AK.
