Right because it isn't painfully obvious now that your post is driven by an agenda. It is just random people giving their first impressions from all around the world. I wouldn't read anymore into it than that really.

My only 'agenda' is to point out how ridiculous it is to claim that a heavier phone somehow feels lighter than a lighter phone. It's like pointing at a blue car and saying that it 'feels' like a red car.

I didn't read the entire conversation here, but I can say that the Max can give the impression of being lighter even if it's physically heavier than the smaller model due to the distribution of the weight being spread out along a larger device. It's like comparing a 100lb golfball with a 100lb dumbbell. It would be a lot easier to hold the dumbbell even though they're technically the same weight.

I picked up up my XS Max on launch day, wondered how on earth anyone could think it was lighter in any justification process (more spread out etc), and still feel that way today. It's heavier than my X. In every subjective and objective way.

As I said earlier it is just perception. I am guessing it is because many people are using it with two hands for the first time with out even realizing it. Maybe the car is actually purple. The new phone is heavier. I am done bickering about how people perceive it's weight.

anyone having an issue like headaches & eye strain also flickering on their iphone xs max? using the phone for 10min it starts to give me a bad headache.. i might bring it back to apple store if no solution.. iphone x also having this kind of problem

Sorry, but he does not.
THe XR has the same amount of pixels than the iPhone 4 from 2010...
And by the way it does NOT cost $30 per month... So it will be great that Tim, stop lying in national TV about iPhones prices...
I’m paying about $2 a day for my XS Max 256. Which is fine by me. It’s not just a “phone” like how some people like to put it. It’s my smartphone, computer, excellent camera/video recorder, can even be a game console.

Tim Cook did have a good point, on average for 1-2$ a day gets you the best smartphone out. With the included benefits I mentioned above.

People who throw specs around like a screen ppi is stupid. The iPhone 8 last year was 326 ppi. Each year, the screen tech gets better. Your eyes can only discern so many pixels. But for the price and what it comes with, the xR is a damn good deal.

Some may justify spending $1400... others will justify NOT spending $1400...but the only ones that truly know what it’s like to own one... is those that spent the money and I appreciate
reading their thoughts. Not so much the comments made by those that don’t know.
This!!!!!!!
Wtf do people care about what I spend my hard earned money on.

The so-called "included benefits are not new. All phones, not just iphones are cameras, music players, etc.
What Tim is saying is NOT something new. Neither of the new iPhones had any "new" benefits any phone had before.
So basically Tim (and you) are just trying to justify the ridiculous expensive iphone pricing, especially considering that this is just an "S" upgrade.
Just another case of bad Apple PR lying on national TV to justify Tim's greed. And there are NO new iphones (XR,XS or max) for $30 a month.

Do you also believe the iPad Pro has less pixels than an iPhone 4?

The Xr has the same amount of pixels per inch not total pixels compared to the iPhone 4. What your claiming is fud.

You seem to be confusing ppi and resolution, there seems to be a lot of that doing around.

What Tim is claiming is fud and a lie that you can buy an iPhone for $30 a month and on National TV not on a forum...

Right. And again we go to the value side. Value is subjective. You’re right, most smartphones can do anything. It’s just my smartphone does it the best. So that’s why it’s a valued item to me.

Just like Toyota and Lexus. They’ll both get you there but the Lexus IS obviously better.
