Actually if you've paired your iPhone to your car via Bluetooth, your iPhone already logs where you park your car (based on when they disconnect). Just search for 'Car' or 'Parked Car' in Apple Maps (not sure why they put it there and not Find My).
Agh, Pete… he always wins. I’m going to start an organization called PETA. Pete Earns The Award. Or something like that. It’s for the non Pete’s in the world who always feel that nothing is done for their sake. I deserve a sake.
Yeah there is potential to optimise it. This should be a Find My feature that then works in any maps, not specifically to Apple maps.
You know there are alternatives to coin shaped batteries? As an electronic and electrical engineer I can assure you, this is a solved problem.
I wonder whether a third party MagSafe case (like Smartish) would support this functionality when used with the new Apple Wallet?
It may, although it may vary 3rd party case by case. Find my function works with my magsafe 3rd party case, by Moment. It works with a spigen case too.

I am shocked how many people here call for the death of vegans to make this wallet.
I do not want any vegan to be sacrificed for the purpose of being turned into a wallet.
On a side note, leather made of vegans is not very durable, apparently directly linked to the food they typically eat.

How many cards fit in the wallet? It looks like it would be a great minimalist front pocket card case beyond using it just attached to the phone. Has anyone tried this??
Bonded leather does have leather in it but it has more glue than leather. Scrap leather left over from trimming the hide is shredded into tiny pieces, mixed with a gluing agent and dye, then pressure cured and a grain is pressed in to the sheets of the so called "leather".
Although technically it will fit 3 cards I usually just keep 2 cards in mine. State ID and my debit card.
1 minute is just enough time for a thief to find out I've reached my limit on my credit cards 😆 I have an old wallet that I've place an AirTag in. I think that give me a little more peace of mind.
I bought a beautiful leather vase of Benks and an apple wallet. It works like a charm, holds very well and find my works very well too.
So, you don’t need to buy an apple case to have wallet work.

Exactly especially if it's an option along with leather. Like I don't understand these people flipping at Cracker Barrel when they didn't even REPLACE anything.
