The only thing I want is to change the position of the clock. Won't use any of the stuff that let's me, and more importantly ANYBODY else interact with my phone without unlocking it.

Apple will bring "Raise to Wake"... they di the same with Touch ID...

Everyone got their 30 seconds of cheers, with one blow everyone sighed because they just bought TouchID to the smaller iPad

I'm not a fan of how Widgets are now available in only two places, the left of the lock screen and the left of the home screen. Before, I could access widgets from anywhere on the device through Notification Center. This is what made them useful, the ability to see them from anywhere.

Widgets will essentially be useless for me if I have to exit the app I am using to see them. I really hope that they change this.
Apple does seem a bit confused about how to design a lock screen. At first glance it seemed like a bit of improvement, but your points are quite valid.

Apple must have taken a good look at how it's done on Android phones, the lock screen / home screen on my Nexus 6P is very useful.

Perhaps next year's update of iOS will be better.

If I don't have a password set and I don't raise my phone but just press the home button, what will I see? (On the condition that my finger hadn't been recognized so far)

If I have a password set but my hands are wet, sweated, dirty, will I have to try several times before I see the notification where I can enter my numerical password? Every moment you want to see the time or if any messages came ... will we really have to struggle with that? Hope it is or will be solved somehow.

I think it displays all the normal notifications with "preview" or whatever security setting you have; the screen remains on lockscreen, and will say "Press home to unlock".
