I believe last year campus police set up a website listing pictures of everyone who smoked pot on that field and had rewards for naming who they people were. Am I correct on that?

Either way it's a pretty crappy scenario.

No, everyone whose photo was taken by police were not charged at all. There was a big scandal over it, but nothing happened. One year they put on the sprinklers, but last year, the police was just chilling out on the sidelines, enjoying the beauty.

If they had 10,000 people, there, any arrests could turn into a riot. Cops know better at times, o do nothing. 1978, Omni in atlanta, maxed out for the KISS concert, almost all smoking pot, but no arrests either. Too many to handle.
