Haptic feedback on keyboard

For some reason I feel like my keyboard used to vibrate/haptic when I'd type. It was when the phone was on silent/vibrate mode so it felt as though I was clicking something. I can't seem to get that on the 7, I tried all settings and was able to turn on the keyboard click doing but nothing regarding the feedback. Anyone know the answer to this?

Sounds like you had an android phone. iPhones don't do this.

Only ever had iPhone's, I couldn't remember if I was crazy or not, I guess I was wrong! I played with my roommates 6S to see if it did it, I don't know why I thought they did.
