[doublepost=1537285804][/doublepost]I am definitely having the same issue with email & messages. I did get haptic feed back on a third party app.

I unpaired and repaired watch with no improvement.

I’m not getting haptic notifications for emails from my exchange account and sporadic haptics from others. Twitter and ESPN seem to be working but i’m Not sure if I felt it or not if i’m In the middle of something. Defiantly not getting some, especially from my exchange account.

Edited to add I just received 2 e-mails from my gmail account through the stock email app and no notification on watch and no messages. One was 15 mins ago and one 12 with no haptic on the watch and nothing in my notifications.

what 3rd party app do you have that triggers haptics?

So far it just seems to be the mail app that I am having an issue with. Messages has worked 95% of the time. My third party apps range from news app to Life360 app

I’m using the outlook app for work and and gmail for personal. Prevously had everything in the stock mail app.

This seems to be only the stock iOS mail app that is the issue. I’ve been getting regular notifications from other apps.

I was also only getting sound and no haptic after updating.
I discovered that on the phone go to Settings - Sounds and Haptics - New Mail was Off. I have since changed it to Vibrate.

Hope this helps, but no haptic was absolutely killing my sanity!!!

That did not fix it for me. But now I have the question of why are there sound and haptic settings for Mail.app AND "New Mail"??? Ugh...

(From what I can tell, the notifications on the iPhone are using the Mail.app notification settings.)

This seems to have worked for me. I am not sure why it would be set to none for the default setting. The IOS 12 update must have changed it.

I've been running the iOS 12 beta for weeks and never had an issue on WatchOS 4. For some reason, WatchOS 5 takes the "mirror iPhone" option very literally, and if you don't have haptics enabled on your phone for mail notifications then you don't get haptics on your AW.

That's weird. It's definitely buggy with regard to haptics. I was able to fix my Mail notification haptics, and haven't had any other issues with haptics. Hopefully an update will fix it soon. But the update process is such a pain in the ass.

I'm glad the solution for missing haptic in mail app is working well for many.

Now if i can only find a solution to why emails are not remaining in the notifications screen on the watch when no action has been taken on them....
