I'm loving my iPhone 4 on 4.3, it's a vast inprovement performance wise over 4.2.1 from my personal experience.

I'm seeing far less jumps or animation skips in 4.3 while navigating my device for a start. Add the faster Safari performance (very noticeable on my O2 3G connection), as well as Home Sharing and I couldn't be happier.

I've also not come across the dreaded double-tap-thinks-it's-a-single-tap issue yet on 4.3 either.

Sure, it's not 4.0, but then 4.0 may be nostalgia to me after upgrading from an iPhone 3G. Who knows, but my iPhone 4 is a better user experience on 4.3 for me.

There is no on/off switch for home sharing.

sure there is, in itunes.

Just because it's off on your computer does not Change the fact that it is always enabled on your device. It's looking to see if there are any devices around that have it enabled. Your phone will still look. There is no on/off for the phone itself.

Same thing as this: If your bluetooth is on on your phone, but the headset is off, it will search for the device, but it will not connect. Your phone is searching for home sharing, but it just wont connect.

This is what's causing my issue, I can't figure out why it is doing this though, my iPhone is sending and receiving tiny bits of data at precise intervals non stop...

It does this on a new restore with everything possible switched off.

My last chance to fix this is the "diagnostic information" pop up you get, I think I may have accepted it before, but I can't seem to get it to come back to disable it :(

BTW, app I used to monitor was "DataMan" really helped me get some evidence for my issues

Mine does the spinning wheel too.

Resetting data usage shows that is it using data, every open of iPod after it being killed in multi-tasking makes it spin again and sends 2kb and receives 14kb.

do you think this might cause my battery to drain more rapidly?

I agree. Everything seems just that little bit smoother and faster.

I have my Home Sharing connected whenever I'm at home (iTunes is on my file server) and I don't see any battery drain from it. Maybe it drains the battery constantly looking for it instead? Although, that doesn't make sense because I don't notice any battery drain when at work.
